the hotel location was convenient to many restaurants. i appreciated the shuttle service to theme parks. the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. mina at the front desk was especially helpful and sweet, which i appreciated so much.
i noticed there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, and i would have liked that. this is a very very slight negative though, i enjoyed everything else.

The hotel has a very good location. It is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. it is right across the street from some hotels. walgreens and kfc are conveniently located nearby too.

the swimming pool was good. i liked that a shuttle is available. free coffee is offered in the morning, nice. there are also laundry facilities available, with washers and dryers costing a small fee each.

The location was really convenient, it helped a lot. free parking was available. That's always a plus. the staff, mina, diana and gustavo were super friendly and helpful. That's always nice!
the noise from outside was quite noticeable. the air conditioner kept turning on and off. there was also a small fee added per night.

I found the location very convenient. Free parking was a definite plus. The leisure area included a beautiful swimming pool. My room was clean and organized, and the bed was comfortable. The hot water in the shower worked perfectly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Sirlene and Olivia at reception were very helpful. Mina and Luz were especially nice and attentive. Mina was always willing to help, and Luz was consistently positive.

I found the location quite convenient. Universal parks were easily accessible. the staff, especially mina, hilton, and gustavo, were very helpful. my room was always clean and well kept. the breakfast offered a good start to each day, a definite plus for early park visits.
the noise from the highway was a bit noticeable during the night.

My room had a microwave, refrigerator, and no carpet. These amenities made it easy to manage snacks and keep the room tidy. i appreciated the overall cleanliness and how well-kept everything was. the bathroom was large and comfortable.

The front desk staff offered assistance with directions and provided information about local attractions. I found the team to be quite approachable. several staff members speak spanish. This was helpful for some guests. staff named mina, diana, and hilton provided really good service.
